The amendments focus on providing clarity and regulatory consistency in contractual stability, compensation for breaches, and the issuance of&nbsp;<strong>International Transfer Certificates (ITC)<\/strong>. These changes will take effect on&nbsp;<strong>1 January 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;and apply retroactively to ongoing cases before the Football Tribunal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- 4)<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Sporting sanctions, such as a transfer ban for the new club, will only apply if the alleging party proves the inducement to breach the contract.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>This reverses the prior assumption of Rules)<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>A new rule clarifies that parties must collaborate to establish facts and respond to evidentiary requests in good faith.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Failure to comply with these requests may lead to adverse wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>The former association must issue the ITC within&nbsp;<strong>72 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of a request.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p>FIFA will continue its stakeholder consultations to develop a revised long-term version of the RSTP, considering feedback and the legitimate interests of all parties.<\/p>\n<p><!--
