The football transfer market <\/strong>is constantly evolving and is now characterised by deals that can reach record-breaking sums. Transparency and regulation<\/strong> have therefore become essential, and it is in this context that FIFA TMS<\/strong> has established itself as an indispensable tool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the main functions of FIFA TMS<\/strong> is the\u00a0issuance of an ITC (International Transfer Certificate)<\/strong>. Without this document, a player cannot be registered and is therefore ineligible to play for their new club in another association.<\/p>\n
