Although the FFAR does not specify what duties the non-licensed employees may carry out, they may essentially perform administrative tasks. The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that would be considered administrative in nature:

  • Providing normal secretarial support to a Football Agent in the production of documents/letters (whether in relation to a Transaction or not)
  • Arranging meetings between Football Agents and Clients (where there is no fee sought or paid for the service)
  • Assisting with the practical arrangements for the relocation of a Player or Coach (i.e. not the contractual or financial arrangements)
