• According to the provisions of the FIFA Agents Regulation, an agent must have a "representation agreement" concluded with their client to provide their services.
• The FIFA Agents Regulation introduces the limitation of fees that an agent can receive for each transaction they carry out.
• A new communication requirement is included in the FIFA Agents Regulation, obliging agents to inform about aspects such as the representation agreement and the payment of fees.
• A new dispute resolution mechanism is established: the FIFA Agents Chamber.
