Circular 1919, published by FIFA on 13 January 2025, announces a major change to the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, particularly concerning the modalities of taking the FIFA Agent Exam. Initially, FIFA Agent Exams were held in exam venues designated by a member association. However, the amendment introduced by Circular 1919 allows the organisation of future FIFA Agent Exams online. Since the creation of this exam, it could take place twice a year, but from 2025, there will only be one exam session per year.
