What are the requirements for Representation Agreements to be valid?

Article 12 paragraph 7 of the FFAR sets out that a Representation Agreement is valid only if it contains the following minimum requirements.

• the names of the parties;
• the duration (if applicable);
• the amount of the service fee due to the Football Agent;
• the nature of the Football Agent Services to be provided; and
• the parties’ signatures.
